Accounting Manager
Idaris joined Bluedog Capital Partners as a Staff Accountant in March 2017 and was promoted to Accounting Manager in 2023. She is a dynamic and versatile business professional with a diverse background spanning accounting, portfolio management, customer service and IT operations.
In her current role, Idaris oversees key financial functions, including the accounts payable department, general ledger activity, cash flow analysis, budgeting, and both monthly and year-end closings. She is also responsible for preparing financial statements and managing the day-to-day accounting for the company’s hospitality and self-storage portfolios.
Beyond her accounting duties, Idaris manages Bluedog Capital’s insurance portfolio – analyzing risk exposure and optimizing strategies to safeguard company assets and operations. She also plays a vital role in supporting the company’s IT infrastructure.
A graduate of Curry College with a degree in Accounting, Idaris began her career in corporate accounting, quickly building a reputation for accuracy, efficiency, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Recognized for her cross-functional leadership, positive attitude, and commitment to collaboration, Idaris is a valued member of the team. Her technical expertise and energetic approach contribute significantly to both departmental success and a strong workplace culture.
