Joanna Cosentino
Administrative Assistant
Joanna joined Bluedog Capital Partners in September 2025 as an Administrative Assistant. In her role, she manages the multi-line phone system, supports the Company’s Executives with calendar management and meeting coordination, and oversees a range of clerical responsibilities. She also collaborates closely with the Collections Manager, assisting with tenant inquiries, lease drafting and renewals, and managing rental portfolios.
Prior to joining Bluedog, Joanna was the founder and owner of a sustainable fiber arts business. As an entrepreneur, she built expertise in customer service, social media marketing, graphic design, bookkeeping, scheduling, and client relations. During this time, she also worked as an administrative assistant at Brooklyn College, her alma mater, where she earned a degree in English Education. With her background in education, she has additionally worked as a substitute teacher and a freelance crochet instructor for children and adults.
With more than six years of experience spanning customer service, marketing, and administration, Joanna brings a diverse skill set and strong organizational abilities to her role at Bluedog. She is excited to contribute to the growth and success of the Company.
