Drew Milsaps
Director of Construction
Drew joined the Bluedog family in September of 2023 as Director of Construction. In this new position, Drew is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction and pre-construction projects, monitoring and reporting on project progress and finances, setting deadlines, resolving issues that arise and ensuring stakeholders’ satisfaction. He is also tasked with coordinating with the construction teams of our joint venture partners as well as maintaining and growing those relationships.
Drew brings 20+ years of General Contractor experience and focus in the construction industry to Bluedog, including the oversight and management of the construction of more than 2,000 units in the multi-family apartment industry. His duties included working alongside Owners/Developers and Design teams on pre-construction services, estimating and managing project teams throughout the construction process.
Drew’s knowledge and experience in the construction industry is a valuable asset to Bluedog as we continue to grow our construction and development platforms.
