Loan Terms

We pride ourselves on being fast & friendly. Each loan deal is reviewed by our underwriting team, working with you every step of the way. Once approved, our team will process the deal within 2-5 business days. Here is what else you need to know:

 

Interest + Points—

Interest Rates: Ranging from 9%-14%
Origination Fees: Ranging from 1%-4%
Loan Type: 1 to 2-year interest only, balloon loans

Lien Position—

Down Payments: 0%-30%*
Mortgage Position: First position secured

*Depends on the amount of equity available. Additional collateral can sometimes be accepted in lieu of a cash down payment.

Payments—

All payments are made in monthly interest-only installments.
